Can you replicate every tiny detail?

To achieve the highest fidelity, we recommend ordering a size close to the original masterpiece. If a 4-meter mural is condensed into a small 40cm canvas, some minute details may be artistically simplified to maintain the painting’s balance.

How long will it take to receive my painting?

Quality cannot be rushed. Each piece takes approximately five weeks to complete. This allows for the meticulous painting process and, crucially, the necessary drying time for oil paints before they can be safely secured for transport.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Rolled Canvases: We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping for all canvases sent in protective tubes.

  • Framed/Stretched Art: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates (UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

  • Note: In rare cases, extremely remote locations or specific conflict zones may require a small logistical surcharge.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. We use a 100% secure encrypted payment platform. Your purchase is protected for 6 months, giving you total peace of mind from the moment you order until the art is on your wall.

How do I track my masterpiece?

Once your painting is finished and dried, it is handed to premium couriers like FedEx or UPS.

  • Shipping Time: Usually 4–5 days to your door.

  • Tracking: While our small team focuses on the studio floor, we are happy to provide your tracking number upon request. Simply reply to your order confirmation email!

What about import taxes?

  • USA: Generally, there are no import taxes for art.

  • Europe/International: Depending on your local regulations, small customs fees may apply (often between $20–$30 USD). We handle the export costs; the recipient covers any local import duties.

What if my package is damaged during transit?

We take immense care in packaging, but if a courier mishandles your art:

  1. Inspect before signing: If the box looks damaged, ask to open it before signing.

  2. Refuse if necessary: If the art is compromised, refuse the delivery. This allows us to claim insurance and immediately begin a replacement for you.
